simon had surgery on his heal. he has pretty bad bone spurs. so they shaved off the spur on his left foot. we had to be there at 8am. and they didnt come get him for surgery till 10. long wait. then i didnt see the doctor till 12:45 so very long wait. and then he didnt come into his room out of recovery until about 2:10 so it was a long time till i saw him. everything went well with his surgery. and his recovery is going amazing. he goes to the doc on monday to change the dressings and then hopefully back to work tuesday. he has been goin insane just sittin around this whole time though. non stop watching tv. and reading. he is to the point we can go out and do things he is just on crutches so depends what we are doing.
so we went to subway a couple times this week. as you can see his facial hair is getting long and gross lol he cant shower so therefor he hasnt shaved. eww. lolother than that he has signed up to take a computer class at Salt Lake Community College. its an easy course i took it in high school he just needs it as a prereq for some of the engineering courses he wants to take. so he starts that june 10th i believe. he is excited to go back to school.
for me i have been in nursing school for a month now and 23 more months to go! haha lol. school is going well. stayin caught up on homework pretty good. simon helps me study medical terminology and in any other way that he can. im really like the course so far. there are only 12 people in my class so its way nice. and in my anatomy class there is only 7 of us. so lots of one on one time with the teacher.
as of right now i am not working. debating what to do. will let ya know what i decide.
other than that our lives are pretty simple which is why i dont post often. lol but then i get behind and am just now posting easter pictures! haha.
wedding plans are going very well. have met with the cake lady and have that all figured out. and then meeting with flower lady in a few weeks. my wedding dress has arrived and looks amazing! and cant believe that we are getting married in 5 months! ah!

Wow! A lot has happened! Thanks for all the fun pics and the update! I'm glad that Simon's surgery went well and everything seems to be doing well in that area. Keep us updated on all of that! And keep us updated with school too! I'm glad that you are liking it so far and that you get to enjoy some small classes - that really helps when you want "teacher attention." :D
