Easter Dinner!

So i had the great pleasure of being able to invite my parents and our family friend over to OUR house for Easter Dinner! :D I was so excited!
I made twice baked potatoes, a pork roast, rolls, and corn. And a yellow cake for dessert. I know i know weird that we didnt have strawberry shortcake but i made dinner based off what i had in the house.
So thought i would post the meal and some directions on how to make some of these things if you have never tried before or just want something different to do with your meat and potatoes lol

So here is the roast... i know sorry not a great picture, im bad at remembering to take pictures when they are out on the plate lol. But dont let this horrible picture stop you from trying this amazing pork roast out for yourself!

Now its really simple
All you need is:
1 pork roast
1 onion diced
Yoshidas Original Gourmet Teryaki sauce
water

1: Put the roast in the crock pot on high for 3-5 hours. (It all depends on how big the roast is) Season with whatever herbs plus salt and pepper you prefer. You can always start on high and then turn to low if it is cooking faster then you are wanting it too.
2: Add in diced onion, 1/2 cup of water or so, and as much Yoshidas as you would like. (Yoshidas is the secret to this flavorful roast, no other teriyaki sauce will give it this same flavor. Besides once you try yoshidas you wont go back lol)
3: Cook till it pulls apart and enjoy!!

Sorry for again the bad picture... 1: its sideways 2: this is before the cheese ontop and re-baked.

These are really easy as well... the main trick with this is getting big russet potatoes. (yes, im from idaho)

Anyway you will need:
However many potatoes you want (remember 1 potatoes= 2 twice baked potatoes)
shredded cheddar cheese ( i like it cheesy)
milk
sour cream
ranch packets
salt and pepper.

1: Bake potatoes in the oven at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Take out and let cool down.
2: Split in half and use a spoon to spoon out the potato into a big bowl.
3: Add however much milk and sour cream to it is smooth and creamy.
4: Add Salt and Pepper and Ranch to the taste that you like. During this process i usually am taste testing quite a bit lol
5: Mix in as much shredded cheese as you like (as i mentioned earlier i love it cheesy)
6: Spoon back into potato shells with shredded cheese on top and put back into the over for 15 minutes and until cheese is melted.

Enjoy!!

Hope everyones Easter was a good as mine was!!
