So i will start with Mini Chicken pot Pie recipe....
You will need:
1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 cup diced cooked potatoes
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can pillsbury crescent rolls
1 egg
1 Tbsp water
*can saute onions and add if desired*
1: Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a sauce pan mix peas and carrots, chicken, potatoes, milk, thyme, and the soup. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionaly. Divide mixture among 4 ungreased 10 oz custard cups.
2: unroll crescent dough. Place 1 crescent over each custard cup.
3: in small bowl mix egg and water. Brush mixture over the crescent dough. sprinkle with a little thyme. Then bake 11-13 minutes or until crusts are golden!
